Where can I can find PODENY product?
Right now we are in the preview stage of our soft launch, and we are only available online. In the meantime, you can also find us at various pop-ups / events in London, & elsewhere. You can follow us & find out more through our instagram.

What currency are your prices in and what payment methods do you accept?
Currently during our online soft launch, all our prices are in British Pounds with VAT/Taxes calculated at checkout. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards & Paypal.
Do you offer Free Return Shipping?
Purchases that ship within the UK are Shipped Special Delivery Tracked & Signed. We don't currently offer Free Returns but do enclose a Return Form to help ensure your Return is processed efficiently. Please refer to Shipping & Returns for further information.
Is my parcel insured?
All parcels from Podeny.com will be insured from the time it is dispatched to the moment it is delivered to you. Every order delivered will require a signature & will notify us of a successful delivery. Once the item is delivered & signed for, the responsibility of these goods passes to you.
Will I need to pay any duties or taxes to receive my parcel?
If you are making a purchase from a DDU country (Delivery Duty Unpaid), then the product prices displayed are excluding all taxes & duties, as well as UK VAT. All customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees that may apply.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We are happy to exchange or refund your order within 14 days of receipt. Please find more information in Shipping & Returns. All garments returned must be unworn, undamaged, unsoiled, and unwashed items, with all original tags attached. Please email us at email@example.com, quoting your invoice number in the email subject. All orders include a return form that will need to be completed in order to process the refund or exchange request.
Will I be refunded the full amount?
We will email you a receipt when we receive your return, which is usually within a week of shipment. We will refund you the full cost of your original purchase, excluding the shipping costs.
