While we preview our soft launch, PODENY offers Special Delivery Tracked & Signed shipment within the UK. Shipping within the UK usually takes 2-3 days from when the order is processed. Shipping to Europe can take up to 5 days. For Worldwide International priority tracked & signed it can take up to 5-10 days.

Please note that in certain areas only a limited range of delivery services are available. We will try our best to get your order to you within the specified timeframe, however we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Every purchase will be insured, tracked & require a signature at the point of delivery, so please provide the correct delivery address where your shipment can be received and signed for during business hours. We are unable to redirect packages once the postal service has received the order. is not liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for & designated an office delivery address. takes no responsibility for additional costs or delays that may be incurred by customs once your order reaches the destination country.

We hope you will enjoy & be delighted with every purchase you make through, quality & excellent fit is our priority, with your satisfaction our main concern. However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us via email to receive our returns form. You will need to notify us within 7 days of receipt of the garment & return your order to us within 14 days of receipt in its original unused condition and with all original packaging and tags still attached. 

You may return your garment to us on any service as Free Returns does not apply. Please ensure you keep proof of postage and tracking numbers for your references. All of our garments are sent to you with a returns form enclosed. Please complete this form fully if you wish to send an item back to us, failure to do so may result in a delay of us processing your refund.

International packages need to be clearly marked as 'RETURNED BRITISH GOODS' this information has to be entered on any customs declaration that is required. Podeny London Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any returned parcel that has attracted a customs fee.

Our red security tag must be uncut & in the same condition for a full refund to be issued. Please feel free to cut the tag off should you choose to enjoy wearing your new purchase.

Whilst trying on your purchase it is recommended to do this with the aid of a scarf so as not to soil the neckline with any make-up due to the pale colour & fragile nature of the lining quality. We believe the quality of all garments should be respected & preserved for the next customer should you choose not to keep it.

All soiled, damaged or otherwise altered & less than perfect condition may not be accepted & may be sent back to the customer.
