Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Purchasing Products on Our Website
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between yourself & podeny.com will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any of our designs, styling, product or portion of this Service, without express written permission by us.
Modifications to the service, Prices & VAT
All prices on the PODENY online store are in British Pounds Sterling and will be calculated to be inclusive of VAT. at checkout. For products supplied to customers within the EU, the UK VAT rate of 20% is applied. For products supplied to customers outside the EU the VAT is not included.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
PODENY is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities. You must pay at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if your card is due to expire within 28 days of your purchase date, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
Delivery
We aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible but cannot accept any liability if the goods are late due to unforeseen courier problems. We will not accept responsibility or liability for non-delivery or any other breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such breach is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
Podeny.com wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the Items. For online purchases, we will accept Items not worn, used or damaged for a full refund.
Please see our Returns Policy as set out on this website. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order before your Items have been despatched, you need to let us know. In order to do so, you will need to confirm in writing to info@podeny.com
Damaged Goods
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the contents inside the provided Podeny.com box is properly protected

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
